The  Act-Belong-Commit Art for Mindfulness workshops (series 3) facilitated by art teacher Kath Bowering commences on Tuesday, 10th March.

Evidence indicates that art-making is good for health and well being.  Create your own wellbeing and  develop your art skills during this free workshop series.

Start with stencilling and mono-printing as the first steps towards block printing. Learn new skills as you go.

No experience necessary.
