About the Project
Many thanks to all the people who came along to our mural workshops during the January school holidays. We had over 60 mural painters (including staff and volunteers) of all ages and levels of experience contributing. Workshop participants also designed some very beautiful tile designs of their own!
Special thanks to Naomi Stanitzki (Art by nomes) for providing the individual plant drawings which we projected on to the wall.
Thanks also to the team from Escare Incorporated and the Shire of Esperance, to artist Roechelle Rivers who assisted with the painting process and to all our Esperance Community Arts volunteers who made it happen.
These workshops were presented through our Act Belong Commit Arts and Culture Holiday program as part of the Esperance One & All Community Program delivered every school holidays by Escare Incorporated and the Shire of Esperance.
