Act-belong-commit Art for mindfulness. October 2022
About the project
“Through the arts, people can explore their own creativity and be part of something bigger. It’s great for confidence and self-esteem but also makes you feel good.”
Esperance Community Arts is proud to be partnering with Escare Incorporated to deliver our Act Belong Commit Art for Mindfulness program.
Esperance artist Fiona Johnston presented a mindfulness activity at the 2022 Mental Health Week pop-up cafe – folding paper cranes from the pages of old books. Paper folding is a relaxing and engaging activity to do alone or with friends – and discarded books provide an infinite and sustainable source of material!
