About the Project

Out first series of Act-Belong-Commit Art for Mindfulness workshops presented by Kathleen Bowering were a great success with lots of positive feedback from participants, some of whom had almost no previous experience of drawing and painting. A selection of the artworks created by the 12 participants are now on display at Esperance Community Arts Space along with a registration sheet for people interested in future workshops.  These free 4 week blocks of workshops will be run 5 times a year.
